Silver High Temperature Thermally Conductive Paste ,

Non Toxic Conductive Silver Paste


Silver paste DT5574-H is environmental conductive paste with 65% Ag content and specially designed for automobile rear wind or backlite for defogging and defrost uses.

It is with excellent adhesion and good oxidation resistance, and has good compatibility with common black glaze on the market. It is non-toxic up to European RoHS environmental regulation (2002/95/EC).


DT5574-H series silver paste is mainly applied on automobile window glass and electrically heated backlites for defroster and/or defogger purposes. It forms the pattern on the automobile glass through the silk screen printing process. After drying and heating process, the metal silver conductive wire is formed on the automobile glass. When the power is electrified, the heat can be generated and the frost on the glass can be removed.

The silver paste has the advantages of strong welding adhesion, good welding resistance and aging resistance, perfectly matching with black glaze, etc.

Acid ResistanceQualified. Conditon: The samples were soaked in 0.1N sulfuric acid solution after 2 hours (at room temperature), with tape attached to exposing the silver layer no Ag transfer, resistance drift is less than or equal to 8%.
Anti VulcanizationQualified. Condition: The sample was soaked in 400g ethanol +1g sulfur powder (elemental sulfur) solution for 2 hours (at room temperature), no obvious change in appearance (yellow or black)

Feature Advantage

1. Good Acid Resistance

Put the sample soaked in 0.1N sulfuric acid solution(at room temperature) for at least 2 hours, remove the silver layer with adhesive tape and no Ag transfer, and the resistance drift is less than or equal to 8%.

2. Strong adhesion, good welding strength

DT557X-H series is with excellent adhesion. The silver paste exhibit a minimum degree of silver migration stain into the glass, after being fired. There ‘s no loss of adhesion or continuity between the conductors and the backlite.

3. Small change of resistance with long-time printing

The resistance drift could be controlled within 10% during lab testing. It shows the paste could keep stable performance after printing and firing process.

4. ​Wide firing temperature range

The firing temperature range is wide as 680-710℃ and it could meet most production process requirement.

5. Good compatibility with black glaze

The product has good compatibility with common black glaze products on the market. After the silver paste firing, the silver line is invisible through the black glaze from the printing reverse side, which shows good compatibility with the black glaze.

Firing Condition

The firing of DT5572-H series is applied to general glass toughened profile.

The firing process is as below:

150~180℃ : volatilize and firing of organic solvent and resin

450~500℃ : firing of silver powder in silver pate

600~700℃ : black ink begin to soften
